About Us
Our Story
Pacific Floral Exchange, Inc. was started in 1989 by Grayson Inouye and grossed over a million dollars during its first year. In 1993 we outgrew our original packing site and we purchased the brand new facility of the former Hawaii Anthurium Growers Cooperative. In April of 2024,
Shane Castillo and Kristofer Carlson has taken over the reigns with fresh and new ideas to take Pacific Floral Exchange to the next level.
We currently occupy one of the largest and most modern packing facilities of its kind in the State of Hawaii. We continue to grow and ship millions of dollars worth of flowers, that come from more than one hundred acres of production.

We have continually expanded our farms by building new, state of the art greenhouses on twenty acres to produce high quality Anthuriums. We also own and operate two other nurseries that should stabilize our supply source and improve the quality of goods ship.

We are a locally owned company with the wealth of experience in our field. Many staff members have been actively employed in the industry for over 20 years. We offer the most diverse tropical flowers products in Hawaii and can provide you gift pack needs as well as most special orders. We are capable of handling the most difficult orders that require our volume, yet small enough to give you the personal attention you deserve.

After staring out with only six employees in 1989, Pacific Floral Exchange, Inc. has grown to where we now employ more than fifty employees. We are building our business based on excellent quality, competitive prices and a customer-obsessed mentality. We strongly urge you to allow us the opportunity to service you.
